We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order (set your preferred timeframe).
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with all labels intact.
Products NOT eligible for return include:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Cosmetic or personal care items that have been unsealed
- Discounted, promo, or clearance items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Digital products (if you sell any)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Send an email to admin@oznaturals.org with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Once your request is approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions
- Return shipping address
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Order error caused by us
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, which may include:
- Paystack (Card Payment Refund)
- Bank Transfer Refund
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable:
- Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion
- Gift cards or downloadable items
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned without authorization
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will instead follow the return process.
